Return & Refund Policy

At Jäklar Apparel, every product is made to order — printed, embroidered, or produced individually for each customer. This on-demand model allows us to minimize waste and avoid unnecessary overproduction.

Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

That said — if something is wrong, we’ll make it right.


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrectly produced, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • A clear photo of the product and the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

 


 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Incorrect color selected

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays outside our control

Please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order.


 

REFUNDS

If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
